There is more than one option available. If your host site is running a current version of LISTSERV(tm) ask the site administrator to update the spam blacklist site configuration variables; they may use wildcards there, such as *@ebay.com *@paypaL.com *@paypai.com and several others that don't come to mind right now and I can't at this moment get the list from my server. Or ask the site administrator to change the SERVE OFF status of the "problem" source addresses to SERVE OFF DROP instead (again, requiring a current version). But as a listowner, there isn't too much you can do yourself.
