Reasons for NOMAIL option --

For partial completeness:

1) post-only especially when subscribe has multiple email addresses joined to the list

2) periodic or ad hoc WEB-based reading, including via the popular RSS method

3) archival only research interests

4) on vacation

5) administrative sanction (perhaps part of another option like NOPOST e.g., SET NOMAIL NOPOST for subscriber who generates OOOs)

6) temporary delivery problem
