Yes, I did get a Gmail response. For accounts such as ListServ, they DO NOT send back the message, despite the REPRO setting. However, if you have a gmail account you will note that the message will be in the sent mail box and of course in the all mail box. But you will not get the msg back from the list. The only way to know that it hit the list is (1) if you get a reply, your original message will be attached (Gmail keeps all messages in the thread together) or (2) set up a second Gmail account for yourself also subscribed to the list and check there to see if your alias received the msg (or ck the archives of the list) I have learned to live with the REPRO effectively disabled by GMAIL. Be glad to answer more Qs of you have them Stan In a message dated 4/1/2006 9:23:12 A.M. Central Standard Time, [log in to unmask] writes: << You snipped way too much from that message. I have a separate Gmail account for each of these four. On all four accounts, any mail sent from Gmail does is not reproduced back to the sender. This is true for several other gmail account holders who are subscribed to the lists. NONE of us get our messages REPROed back to us. Accounts are set to MAIL NOACK REPRO, yet ... no message sent to the list is REPROed back. The gmail accounts get ALL other mail from the list and from the outside. They get all mail from the list and msgs from the listserv and they even get the ACK response from the list when the setting is for MAIL ACK NOREPRO. - - - - - My question was, did you ever get a response from Gmail?
