The domain apparently has policies and procedures which result in the rejection of messages addressed to accounts which have been inactive for an extended period of time. At the very least, you should set the subscriber to NOMAIL, so that your list and the server on which it is hosted do not get tagged as spam sources due to your continued attempts to deliver email to a non-deliverable address.
