Regardless of whether it can be done, it's still a bad idea.  Hard coding
IP addresses is a bad idea on anything except the IP of you DNS server.
(How else would you get to them?)

Too many times, I have seen IP address ranges change, and someone forgets
a system that had a hard coded IP address, and then they can't figure out
why it isn't working any more.
