this is due to the Korean user using a different code page for text encoding. it also means that either you dont have the codepages available on your PC and/or there is a problem with your mail servers mapping/translation features. Your mail server may be forcing everything to ASCI This is a problem we had some time ago with Turkish which uses ISO8859, Korean seems to use ISO-2022. You can ask your Korean user to post using UTF-8 or you can ask you user with squares to look at his server configs. best, Omer.
