For archived lists you can check when the last msg was sent as well as the timestamp of the list header file. I only say to check both because I recently removed a list that had not been used in 3 years, only to find out that the list owner was only using it as a current membership list by adding subscribers. If you have a list owners list, you can send a note requesting lists to be deleted - we do this. We also have a service agreement that clearly states 3 years of no e-mail msgs and the list is removed. I hope this is helpful.
