It's possible that Elizabeth's domain host rather than her ISP is doing the
"spam" filtration; in any event, it's clear that it's being done by someone.
To make it less of a problem where your list is concerned, you can change
Auto-Delete to read "No" (as Paul suggested) or apply a "Manual" parameter
(possibly replacing one that reads, say, "Semi-Auto") to the "Yes" now on
that configuration line. As for distribution of error messages, you can
also override their going to all owners who are listed above the Quiet line:
Just include an Errors-To line in the config.
