Pete, would you please explain the reasoning behind excluding the additional
To: and Cc: recipients? ListServe 14.5 appears to explicitly exclude these
from all formats except for IETFHDR. Provisions are made to allow them to
change form, but no provision appear to allow both a subject tag and Cc:
receipts to be included at the same time.

Many of the ListServ functions have templates that control their look and
feel. I was hoping that there was some programming that could help me here.
I found that X-Tags option that appears to insert X-To: and X-Cc: lines. If
I could modify this to remove the "X-", that would be good enough...

Though it's been a long while since I experimented, the CC: tags are "live"
(RFC822) and can be used
by a MUA only when using IETFHDR.

COMMENT tags may or may not appear in some MUAs and are NOT LIVE. If they
are LIVE, then they aren't
comments.

Good Luck.
