For the curious, these are the changes that fixed the digest URL issue:  (Linux, 15.5 Listserv)

 

/etc/lsv-wa.config:  Changed http to https on the URL line.

URL http://listserv.jmu.edu/lsoft/archives -> URL https://listserv.jmu.edu/lsoft/archives

 

/home/listserv/go.user:  Changed relative path to fully qualified URL on the WWW_ARCHIVE_CGI line.

WWW_ARCHIVE_CGI=”/cgi-bin/wa” -> WWW_ARCHIVE_CGI=”https://listserv.jmu.edu/cgi-bin/wa”

Our IT guy made some changes on the server side. I setup my home account to digest html and verified that the links worked.

 

It appears that the links were malformed so whatever he changed makes the links work correctly now.

Good morning everyone

                I am a list manager so please take it easy on me; I’m still learning. I have several users set to DIGEST HTML. When they get the daily digest email, any link that they click on brings up an error in their browser:

 

The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded.

 

Does anyone have any idea why this error is appearing? Do they need to be signed up locally to be able to see the posts?
