Does anyone have the configuration code for the Announcement Listserv (one-way)?

We’re using version 14.3. I used the following code but for certain reason that I couldn’t send the message to the subscribers. Can anyone help?

Mail-via= DISTRIBUTE

Subscription= Open,Confirm

Validate= Yes,Confirm

Review= Owners

Send= Owner,Confirm

Reply-to= Sender,Ignore

Sender= None

Errors-To= Owner

Auto-Delete= Yes,Full-Auto,Probe(0)

Notebook= Yes,d:\listserv\archives\MHCANDP-FEEBASIS-CONTRACT-L

Notebook= Monthly,Private
