Digest MIME format Hi,

I am wondering why when I have  subscriber subscribe to a list with Digest MIME format NOHTML MIME DIGEST that when they receive the digest it has a bunch of HTML code in it? Is it because the original mail was sent with HTML?
Is there a way to force no HTML with Digest MIME format selected?
