Hi, Joe! Was the message cc'd to multiple lists? If so, Microsoft (UGA uses Live@edu) and Gmail will only deliver one copy (seems random which list gets delivered) of a message with the same message-id. Ways to work around: - send the message separately to each list - check the list archives (if any) if sender just wants to know the message got to all lists - sender could also subscribe at an alternate email address to check the message got through. js On Wed, 30 Jan 2013, Joseph Kelley wrote: > Was there a response to the original question: > > "My question to the lstown-l forum is: Why are message senders only > receiving one copy of their message (from one list or the other), when > they should be receiving a copy from each list?" > > I am being asked the same thing. It would make sense and reduce network traffic, but it causes the senders to wonder if their message went out to the lists. I may have missed this in the manual, but thus far I have gone through TNEF files, attachments and other things trying to track the missing postings down. > Thanks for any help, > --Joe > > ############################ > > To unsubscribe from the LSTOWN-L list: > write to: mailto:[log in to unmask] > or click the following link: > http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/scripts/wa-PEACH.exe?SUBED1=LSTOWN-L&A=1 > > ############################ To unsubscribe from the LSTOWN-L list: write to: mailto:[log in to unmask] or click the following link: http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/scripts/wa-PEACH.exe?SUBED1=LSTOWN-L&A=1
