Hey,

Recently, some of our listserv users have experienced more frequently of the issue with approval request email from listserv has been delayed getting to the approver.  The delay varies from 15 min. to over an hour.

We looked at the headers from the user who had the delay.  It seems that there are no delays after the mail left listserv.  Once the posting request comes in listserv, it appears that the approval request has not been generated and processed timely enough.

Has anyone had this kind of issue before? What are the possible reasons? How to fix it?  Any suggestions and advice are much appreciated.
