With AOL, a further issue comes up: They made the DMARC change because of an internal invasion, which led to hackers sending malware using an AOL email address AND targeting that user's contacts. (Not that Yahoo! is much better; the only spam to reach any of my lists in 10 years on Listserv was because of a subscriber whose account they exposed.) It seems to me the only defense may be to put all AOL subscribers on permanent REVIEW anyway. Am I missing anything?
