email to rider.edu is MXed to 4 hosts under the psmtp.com domain.  Are each of those appropriaely configured?  You will no doubt have to contact your technical liason at that commercial mail handler site.

OR possibly your outbound mail gateway at

nemesis3.rider.edu

needs some attention?
