Nota bene: the way you restart the Listserv server varies by OS and installation.

In go.user the POSTMASTER list is the one you need to edit. After removing the ID you need to enter the following shell command in the listserv home directory (usually ~listserv)

   ./go bg

Then monitor the file listserv.log to make sure it restarts without errors.
