In go.user the POSTMASTER list is the one you need to edit. After removing the ID you need to enter the following shell command in the listserv home directory (usually ~listserv)

   ./go bg

Then monitor the file listserv.log to make sure it restarts without errors.

If you mean a list administrator David's answer is correct.

If you mean a listserv administrator (called a site manager) you must edit the file ~listserv/go.user, remove the ID from the script, and restart listserv.

Greetings. We have a listserv admin who has left our department and needs to be deleted as an admin. Where do I go to add/delete listserv administrators? Thanks.
