Greetings all. Can some one tell me what creates the message” [log in to unmask] is not yet in the signup file. Please specify the full name of that person, as in "ADD MYLIST [log in to unmask] Joe H. Smith"?

I just add the name or instruct the owner to add the name  in parenthesis as the example shows but am not sure what generates the message. Thanks!
