When used in conjunction with Send=Editor option, the message should go to the “first” person listed as editor.

Hello,
Is there a way of having messages posted from a particular email address, sent to a specific Editor for authorization(That Editor would like to view the message before it's posted to the list)?
There are multiple Editor's for the list in question.
