This command must be issued by an address that is specified as a site
administrator (LISTSERV postmaster). If it is issued from a
non-administrator address, the server will query only those lists for which
the address is specified as an owner. You can verify this by issuing the
command with a valid listname for which the address is not an owner. The
server will respond that you are not an owner of the list.
