Thanks to all so far. I have asked her to remove the "Confirm" and try to send. Part of the puzzle is that she finally saw a moderation screen with the three messages. Once she checked and submitted..or updated, the message went out. What does this mean in terms of actual List Configuration (List Header) settings? Do you mean Send= Private, Confirm If so, then of course her (and any other subscriber's) messages require self-confirmation/self-moderation approval before they can go to the list. It may be the OK/confirmation emails are not getting to her (going into a 'spam' folder), but if she goes to the List Moderation page in the WWW interface she can see and approve them there. ############################ To unsubscribe from the LSTSRV-L list: write to: mailto:[log in to unmask] or click the following link: http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/scripts/wa-PEACH.exe?SUBED1=LSTSRV-L&A=1 ############################ To unsubscribe from the LSTSRV-L list: write to: mailto:[log in to unmask] or click the following link: http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/scripts/wa-PEACH.exe?SUBED1=LSTSRV-L&A=1
