One of faculties asked why LisServ could not use correct time zone
to display delivery email. For example:
From: LISTS.SSCNET.UCLA.EDU LISTSERV Server (16.0)
[mailto:[log in to unmask]]
Sent: Wednesday, December 02, 2015 4:20 PM
To: XXXXXXXXXXXXX
Subject: Your message dated Thu, 3 Dec 2015 00:19:32 +0000 with...
Your message dated Thu, 3 Dec 2015 00:19:32
+0000 with subject....
There is a line in 'go':
export MYDOMAIN POSTMASTER STOREPW TZONE STARTMSG S BITNET_ROUTE
MYORG
but TZONE is undefined.
All other time time zone was correct (posts and archives).
