UserA made a post to her list, it was distributed.

UserB responded; it went to the list as well, in spite of the
  Reply-To= Sender,Ignore

As a subscriber, UserB *could* post to the list ("Send= Private"), it is the reply she (and I) see as a concern.

As mentioned, this may really be an issue of the mail client software, and as yet I do not know what was used for the reply.
