Be sure the address the owner is posting from *is* an owner address.  Office 365, for example, allows a user to have more than one proxy address, but mail is typically sent using the address identified as the "PrimarySmtpAddress".  If that does not match an "Owner= " address(s) ...

Hi

One of our listserv owners wanted to post her first message but was
rejected with the message that she was not authorized. What could be the
main issue? Can this be fixed in the settings?
