We don’t run Listserv on Linux, but I would guess you don’t have your web server configured to use the wa.exe as a CGI executable rather than as some file available for download.

Following up, I had been logged in and everything on the web interface worked. I logged out, and now most things that I try to use the web interface for result in wa downloading instead of executing.

I have just upgraded to v 16. It works for most cases, but if I try to log in at http://hmssurprise.org/wa.cgi?OWNER when I click “Log In” it attempts to download my WA script rather than log me in. It’s likely something simple, but I haven’t found it yet. I do have my wa permissions set to 7644 as documented.
