Right. The command is

quiet set nameoflist subjecthdr for *@*

(replacing ‘nameoflist’ with the name of the mailing list) and it can be issued by going under ‘List Management’ to ‘LISTSERV Command’ in LISTSERV’s web interface.

This command sets all the existing subscribers to SUBJECTHDR, while the ‘Default-Options= SUBJECTHDR’ command means that any new subscribers will automatically get this option set, so you’ll need both if you want all subscribers, including current and future subscribers, to get the option.
