Though there may be, please realise that for your configuration (and even the lstsrv-l config), there is a SENDER: field and a REPLY-TO: field that both point to the list.  Individual subscribers can SET a distribution option called SUBJECTHDR which would prefix (for that recipient subscriber) the Subject: text with [listname] (includes the square brackets).

Since it would seem important for the subscriber who receives the message, perhaps they can setup an email folder filter that sticks the incoming messages into a named listname folder?
