Pete, that is mostly what I use. It pulls both, I select the one to delete, (one with symbol and ? in the middle) and delete. It asks me if I am sure, I hit ok, but it does not go away.

Subject: Re: deleting user with special character

How about using the web-based Account Management page [single user], enter appropriate NAME OR ADDRESS arguments, select the appropriate one from the results, and then DELETE?

Good morning all. I have a list owner who has added a user with a special character in front of the user address, probably a space. This prevents from easily deleting this eid. I know I have seen this before but cannot find what I did to delete this entry. Ideas? Thanks.
