OK. Found it.
quiet delh <listname> [log in to unmask]*
quiet add <listname> [log in to unmask] name_1 name_2
The second command is necessary because the wildcard used in the first got rid of both addresses.

How about using the web-based Account Management page [single user], enter appropriate NAME OR ADDRESS arguments, select the appropriate one from the results, and then DELETE?
