Hi all,

I have had a strange thing happen a couple of times, and it's troubling. I am not sure what settings are causing this so any thoughts are welcomed!

Our associate dean doesn't really understand how listservs work, and as a result she has a stranglehold on what she thinks is pertinent to approve for distribution. This means that sometimes I want to run a message by my supervisor for her opinion on distribution.

On a couple of occasions the message I forwarded to her at her work address ended up being sent directly to the listserv when she replies back to me. In other words, it seems like the act of emailing each other about whether or not to send a message has resulted in said message being sent without specific approval.

Any idea why this might be happening?

Thanks,

Tara
