Re Glenn Eichel’s query on how to set the bottom banner, which will be automatically attached to the bottom of each email. Below are instructions to change the message.
Go to your List Management Page
from the drop down menu, select:
List Management
Customization
Mail Templates
Top & Bottom Banners
Bottom Banner [Default_Bottom_Banner]
Edit Template
Below is an example of the edit screen. Type your changes or updates into the Comments section, & hit Update. E.g.:
To unsubscribe from the ABC list, or change subscription options, please click
http://si-listserv.si.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=ABC&A=1
Save your changes and that should do it.

Greetings from the great northeast,
I am trying to edit the footer text that is applied to all lists. Ideally I want like to have a default footer applied at the time of list creation but would want to be able to modify that for some lists.
Questions:
~ Where is the default list footer message controlled?
~ Is there a way to modify this for some lists?
~ What Listserv doc might help me in this process?
