Though doing so might reveal something, I think inspecting the various logs (LISTSERV, SMTP) would isolate more quickly.  If that doesn't reveal a problem, start looking at the remote mail server(s) esp. if MX hosts are involved.

If possible - duplicate the List  put yourself and one other person from the List  that did not receive the message as subscribers - test and see if you receive it,
