Hello Brent,

You might want to check the Renewal settings as well.  I was just testing with this a few weeks ago and that could be related.  Renewal can be very useful for emails that you do not know if they are valid any longer or not or just to make sure someone still wants to receive a message and confirm that.  It all depends on how it is setup, but if they do not renew then that can delete them as a subscriber as well.  I hope that this helps!  Have a great day!

Thank you for your time,

Subject: Finding out WHO Deleted Subscribers

Hi All,

I have a list setup to NOT Auto-Delete Subscribers.

Yet in a single day (10/10/2018), 126 Subscribers were deleted from the list.

Q. How can I see WHO did this?

The .changelog file and the CHANGELOG database table simply show me the deleted subscribers and the time they were deleted, but not who deleted them.

I can’t believe a product that has been around so long, wouldn’t log the user who performed the action…

Thanks,

Brent
