This would be my guess as well as we've had users change this setting on lists and then complain that they couldn't find the list in the web interface any longer.  It shouldn't be an owner-accessible setting but it is.  Have you tried using the get command via e-mail to get the list header?  If you can you can change the List-Address keyword and send the list header back to Listserv.

Did you give it a different name from the list itself with the List-Address keyword? That sets the name Listserv tries to use in all commands from the web interface which gums up everything. I used that with a list we ran on behalf of another organization and it caused the same problems.

This is on the Windows version 16.0. Would the places I need to search for manual entries be different? We’ve ran file searches for any reference to the list’s name and not got any results.

Thank you
