One of my listserv users got the daily error monitoring report

2 12/11 12/11 user@domain.COM   

Err=   Number of delivery errors received thus far

First= Date first delivery error was received (mm/dd)

Last=  Date of most current delivery error (mm/dd)

 

It says 2 errors on the same date, I want to understand when this user will be auto-deleted from the list, and if the list is blocked by the office365 outbound spam filter, will the listserv continue to try to send the messages to failed users??

below is the definition received at the end of the monitoring report.

 

Subscribers will  be automatically  deleted from  the list  when delivery

errors have been  reported for a period  of 4 days or more,  or when more

than  100 delivery  errors have  been received,  whichever occurs  first.

Monitoring will cease after 5 days without any reported errors.
