Note that the /*XMIT is preferable to an IEBGENER job because /*XMIT only reads the job into the job queue, then spools it out the network. If you run IEBGENER, you have to read it onto the spool, then run IEBGENER, spooling the stuff into it, then spool it back onto the same spool you jsut sucked it from, then send it out the network.
