I have upped the PSUVM-OHSTVMA link weight  to be as high as CUNYVM-PSUVM. I
am therefore  issuing a  PUT LINKSWT FILE  command (50 more  junk notes  to my
reader) and hope it will help soothing the wound. I wouldn't bet a dime on it,
