Before I munge the virtual universe... would *anyone* who has gotten the local file server functions of LISTSERV please send me a quick cookbook of how this is done? I know with NOTEBOOKs, all you do is set the tag keyword in the list header, and the rest is 'automagical'; generating your NOTEBOOK FILELIST, updating LISTSERV FILELIST, and logging entries. It was real neat... but... now I want to make a local FILELIST. Do you 'copy' a blank <xxxxx> FILELIST and STORE it to start? Will this update LISTSERV FILELIST? Do you have to manually setup the entry in LISTSERV FILELIST? Once you get a FILELIST hook in place, how do you add new files? Do you manually put the entries in the FILELIST, or will the PUT do it? I could try several combinations, but hate to reinvent the wheel if there is some sane, rational, otherwise correct way to do it :-) Jose's posting a few weeks ago wasn't terribly clear (Add yourself a password, make up a FAC, then what?). /Jeff/
