The CEARN-EARNET line has been removed,  but DISTRIBUTE still attempts to send
stuff  through this  line  (which is  very sensible  considering  the load  on
FRMOP22-CEARN). This the  line no longer exists, this merely  causes stuff for
CEARN to  take a nice  trip to Italy  and back. I'm  sending a new  version of
LINKSWT FILE to solve this.
