Although I am  certain that the last  version of PEERS NAMES I  sent does have
BOSTONU changed  to BUACCA,  it appears that  a lot of  backbone sites  have a
version dated  2-Aug. I guess  this means that the  more recent file  was lost
somewhere (UCHCECVM? COLD start somewhere  between Europe and the States?), so
I will resend a PEERS NAMES to  the backbone servers, dated 22-Aug. Let's hope
it goes farther this time :-)
