A new version of LSV$LMNC and LSV$LMNT EXEC is now available from [log in to unmask] It includes the following (minor) design changes: 1. Link statistics are now checkpointed whenever a '/LMON REPORT name (CKPT' is issued. This preserves the integrity of the information stored ("frozen") into the LMONREPT file. Previously, if the system crashed after a /LMON REPORT (CKPT but before the daily /LMON CKPT, subsequent /LMON REPORT commands could produce incorrect results (eg negative percentages). 2. /LMON RESET now records the date/time at which the counters were reset. 3. /LMON QUERY OBSERVATIONS will now display this date, if available. 4. A new hardcoded report, CURRENT, has been provided to obtain a report of activity from the last /LMON RESET command. This report cannot be checkpointed, and does not have to be defined in LMON SYSVARS. It simply assumes original values of 0 for all the variables, and original date/time as per the last /LMON RESET command. 5. Spool warning messages will be suppressed after 5 occurences if there has been no change in the value. For example, after telling you 5 times that the spool is 84% full, LISTSERV will keep quiet until it reaches 85% (or any other value different from 84%). It will then tell you that spool usage went from 84% to 85%, will repeat the message up to 4 times, and will again wait for a change. Eric
