According to the NJE protocol specification: NJHGUSID: This field is to contain the userid of the person to notify at the NJHGORGN. It is used for the origin userid and set from the origin userid. NJHGORGR: This is the origin userid. This field is used as the origin userid if NJHGUSID is not specified. It is set to the origin userid. So, you can either make USID and ORGR the same (the origin user) or only specify the USID and not the ORGR as the origin user by setting NJHGORGR to blanks. You should not be specifying SYSTEMX at all in either field. RSCSv2 appears to meet the protocol specification correctly.
