BITEARN NODES is where  it belongs, I've been saying that  for at least 3
years but as  usual, little happened. I refuse to  develop code that will
have to  be changed later  because it will  ultimately be put  in BITEARN
NODES (this is  already in the specs  for the new format,  but you cannot
put the tag now).
