With some detective work, yes. In the new file format of BITEARN NODES
this is trivial. However, nodes changing their names should be careful
and making the necessary provisions *before* the node is deleted. So,
it is safe to assume that if the node is deleted from bitearn nodes
then it should be removed from the distribution list.
