Please don't use a sledge hammer to kill a fly.  If this is the main
problem, I'd use explicit gateways for the addresses that you have
problems with.  Eric, correct me if this advice is bad.  Having one
place to maintain addresses is inherently better than two.  Now if
there are MORE COMPELLING reasons, that's a different story.....
