Just  define generic  entries  in your  filelist,  and adopt  conventions
regarding the naming of the documents. On  the other end, if each of your
memo's is something entirely new, managed  by someone else than the other
files and which you cannot trust not  to mess with the files of the other
people who have PUT authority in your  filelist, there is no way to avoid
editing the filelist every time.
