Looks like it may be over (this time).  I have received only 5 X-DEL
jobs in the past 18 hours, and they were all 5 valid jobs which I have
re-submitted to LISTSERV for processing.
 
I have removed all filters and mods.  Everything is running normally here
(with the CRC checking code in place).
