Dear Listserv/Listearn maintainers, I have discovered something which looks like a tiny bug in the server code: I am the owner of some files on various LISTSERVs/LISTEARNs. After an update I just wanted to know who is AFD- or FUI-subscribed to my files and packages. I sent some AFD and FUI GET commands and got the following answers: LISTSERV: o for FILES everything is ok if I am the OWNER, --------- o for FILES I did *not* own, I got 'You are not authorized to ...' (1.6e) *and* 'FILE "name type" from Filelist xxx is unknown to ...', (1.7a) where xxx is the filelist where the file is actually defined. o for PACKAGEs I receive 'Package "name" from Filelist xxx is unknown to ...' where xxx is the correct filelist name. LISTEARN: o If I am the OWNER of the files and *packages* everything goes --------- well, (1.2) o If I did *not* own the files/packages I got the (correct) answer and that I am 'not authorized to ...' followed by 'File/Package LSV 1.5o "name" from filelist xxx is unknown to LISTEARN'. I hope this will help you locating the problem (if it is really one). Kind regards, amicales salutations, cordiali saluti, shalom u'bracha, freundliche Gruesse Joachim Lohoff-Werner Technische Universitaet Braunschweig Computer Center Hans-Sommer-Str. 65 D-3300 Braunschweig Phone: +49 531 391-4599 or 391-4598
