I think there is some confusion since the Editor field is used both
for a destination (for the primary editor) and authorizations.  We
have lists which are
 
     Send= Editor
     [log in to unmask]
     Editor=(listname)
 
This works like a Send=Private list with the additional advantage that
non-subscriber mail isn't rejected out of hand but is sent to the
primary editor.
 
   So in Lisa's case she may have to specify:
 
Editor= EDUEDIT@BITNIC   To send mail to eduedit subscribers as primary.
Editor= (EDUEDIT)        To authorize subscribers of EDUEDIT as secondaries.
